🔍How to achieve quick change over the production line?
The E200 adopts a hanging single cantilever and a double jaw structure. Its head is equipped with an industrial camera with high resolution and high pixels, which we call the benchmark data.
The benchmark camera is convenient for our engineers to accurately and quickly capture the coordinates, and to realize rapid debugging and line transfer with the humanized software operation interface.
🔍How to implement a quick plugin?
The working principle of E-200 is to take the material, take pictures and identify the pins and then plug them in. The distance between the two clamping jaws is 75MM, which is precisely the same as the distance between the two feeders, which can achieve synchronous taking to improve efficiency.
The two fixed cameras are located between the base of the feeder and the track. The head clips the component and when on its way to the plug-in, the fixed camera takes a high-speed photograph and the pin is recognized, which is called a flying photo.
This way of working greatly decreases the head loop cycle time, increasing the speed of the plug-in while retaining the accuracy of the plug-in. A speed of 0.6S per element is achieved.
🔍Why are maintenance costs low?
The length, width, and height of E-200 are 900*1600*1650MM, and the weight is 1400KG. Horizontal 900MM occupy less than 1 meter. Longitudinal 1600M plus the longest feeder 1000MM does not exceed 3 meters. The total area is 2.34 square meters. The footprint is very low.
The E-200 uses the Japan THK screw and guide rail. The maintenance method is the same as that of the placement machine, and maintenance oil is also common. This also greatly reduces maintenance costs.
